@dawn_dais I see two sides on this matter.
On one hand, selling objects isn’t an option in Sims Mobile, which can make inventory management a bit tricky as it can get cluttered over time.
On the other hand, rooms and balconies can’t be sold either, but this actually has an upside: you can store them in your inventory and reuse them for future builds. This way, when you bulldoze a lot to start fresh, you don’t need to spend additional Simoleons or SimCash to recreate new designs.
