on iOS platform re: iPad / iPhone

Delete APP

 Reboot your device 

 Re-install from App Store .

“do not select  new game,   After you go through the tutorial again

make sure you are signed into Game Center  or Facebook ,(  the connection to your stored Saved game) .”

from APP STORE.has to have a connection to your saved game , in either Game Center,or Facebook ,
