Sim Fest Tutorial Task Bar Won't Disappear After Reinstalling App

I had to uninstall my Sims Mobile app on my iPhone XR after encountering memory issues.  When I reinstalled it, the Sims Festival Tutorial randomly appears and starts to tell me to tap on the Sim Fes...

I have the exact same problem and screen

Reinstalling didn't work for me and I just send EA support an email about this, hopefully they can do something, part of the screen is now blocked.

And it seems this problem isn't just IOS, I use Android and have the same problem.
