I took him to rmw’s this morning, but i think its probably crashed by now given that it was at 10 when i got there. If not and i you have a spare party slot available... I managed to get both of my sim families to meet at a random party by keeping on pressing the find party button until the same name came up. I picked a party that had lots of actions for my sims, so i knew it would be easy to get it to a level 10 and get the rewards without wasting a party slot. Let me know that you think.

I always give them a makeover. I could start a party right now. Ruben got his retirement this morning. Going to promote Bryce and clean him up. Mr Doggie is also throwing a party later
