I have just started the Baby-Steps quest and I need to tap on a romantic partner to do some budgeting.
I'm at home in the game and I'm tapping on the spouse in my game, but it doesn't give any options related to babies.
What should I do?

im also having the same problem with the baby budget quest and dont see how to fix it. Can someone explain?
Have you tried what the original poster did? Start a different event?
I had to go to “more options” then back to “flirty” and the event option was there
