So I just installed The Sims Mobile on my chromebook, and its not working. It shows the EA and Maxis logo correctly, and after that, it goes to a black screen. any help?
Three weeks, no reply. However, The Sims Mobile is now working, and it works like a charm. Thanks EA! :D

Sorry for the wait. Please, try pressing F4 or 'Fullscreen' key if your Chromebook has one, and check if that makes any difference. It's also worth a try to simply pressing Alt+Tab to change apps, and back to the game, it may help.

@Vieuxtje-SvD are you using Google Play Store to download the apps in both Chromebooks?
