Sims Mobile: What devices run it???

I have an older Lenovo Yoga tablet with Android 4.4 (KitKat) and it runs on mine. It doesn't seem to be available for Kindle, though.

I also play on BlueStacks, an Android emulator that runs on KitKat as well.
