@SalixCatHi there,It seems that the festival bubble not only covers the screen but the bug seriously blocks more things in the game:- bank stats corner covered - workaround: party mode or BB mode- STS dashboard buttons don’t launch the event activities - workaround: bring sims manually to the locations- relationship story events at town locations don’t launch - workaround: bring sim manually to the locations (date in the cafe, restaurant, etc)- in BB, color swatch of new item cannot be purchased right away - workaround: put the default item in inventory/place on the lot first, then unlock desired color swatchNO POSSIBLE WORKAROUND:- limited-time career and hobby quest steps don’t launch from trigger objects - players are running out of time for one-time opportunities to unlock such stories (eg. surgeon, internet icon, etc)- tutorial-like gameplay quests get stuck as well, like the new-game-starter quest, wedding quest- blocked land expansion / new lot purchase / rooms placing - reportedly it also affects sim’s active/passive switch and retirement button not performing the desired action - high risk of loss of characters- some passive sims disappeared from the households and become elders - lost characters for good(?)- some players who in despair uninstalled-reinstalled the game, weren’t able to download their game progress from the cloud - high risk of loss of game progress/contentThe bug affected 75% of players who answered a reddit poll so far. ☹️((Does the studio have an ETA for the fix yet and a plan to make up for the loss of those affected?Thanks in advance <3

@DeeperSeas Im having the same issue on my chromebook. Its very annoying because i cant see my money or coins and it takes up my screen.

So, I opened my game and there it was, the Sim Festival tutorial. I tapped through it and it stopped at some point as we don't have new festival tasks. The seasonal tasks message is now stuck on my screeen. I have been told the team is investigating this issue.

@DeeperSeas Im having the same issue on my chromebook. Its very annoying because i cant see my money or coins and it takes up my screen.

There is no seasonal tasks button In the tutorial for the season tasks. Therefore leaving the "Weve got season tasks, lets take a look" notification in the top left of my screen. Its very annoying and makes it hard to see my money, coins, etc. Please help, or fix the bug. Thank you.

it’s been 700 days since I have played & unfortunately it says“ We’Ve also have season task, let’s take a look” when I log back in it stays on my screen or when I’m in the settings & changeing close….I have uninstalled the game and it still does the same thing

Try updating the game.that done the trick for me. I uninstalled game due to bs from EA not giving me credit for a purchase I made. They gave me run around for month.

I think it started when the cupcake thing started. When the sweet treats event or whatever it is started, that’s when this message (see screenshot) popped up… and it’s been there ever since.
What do you expect to see?
The message to go away

Update: Okay so it goes away sometimes, I don’t know how or why. But then whenever I reopen the app it appears again.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am unable to remove/close the season tasks banner at the top left of my screen (it won’t let me click on it) and annoyingly, it’s blocking my view of my coins balance.

I am have the EXACT issue. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app many times with no luck either. I also cannot click on certain actions, ie. Cannot click on property to purchase more land in my backyard. I’ve attached a screenshot with the upper left hand corner circled with the same issue.
