I got the same problem after I reinstalled the game. I reinstalled because I have an issue with the Eco Workshop. But after reinstalling I got A LOT OF NEW PROBLEMS. 😢
So, I opened my game and there it was, the Sim Festival tutorial. I tapped through it and it stopped at some point as we don't have new festival tasks.
The seasonal tasks message is now stuck on my screeen.
I have been told the team is investigating this issue.

I’m having the same issue on my iPhone. I can’t play any of the Sweet Treat Challenges even though they are full. If I tap the button it does nothing.
Ugh this is so annoying.. Its been there the last few days. I cant see how much money I have and I cant make it go away. Its says that there are new season tasks..to go take a look.. I try clicking it and it doesnt even do anything. Its very frustrating.. Please make it go away!! Ive tried restarting app. Ive force stopped.. Cleared cache.. And everything. But I dont want to delete and re install because im worried ill lose all my progress. And i have a feeling that its not even going to work lol
