Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I logged in today, there was a walk through about a festival that was starting. However, it got to a certain point and then just stopped. Now, I have a picture of one of my sims on the screen in the top left corner and a banner/window that asks me to check out the new festival and it won't move on from there. I can still play the game, but this banner/window remains there and it is blocking me from seeing parts of the game.
What do you expect to see? Whatever is supposed to be behind the banner/window.
