I tried to go on a party to remove the festival banner, it works for a short period or time, ans then appear back ans still cannot Do the top secret agent quest. Even when the festival banner go, it was impossible to Do that quest.

@BELAEVE85 Oh, I had a slight hope if the banner is gone, the issues would be temporarily gone also, and the travel to those quest events would be possible. 🙁

Don’t know if players are eligible for a compensation if failing time limited career quest because of this but I’d screenshot the quest progress just incase.
