Anyone with the seasonal event banner blocked on the up left??

im getting crazy and apparently nothing seems to be working to take it away!!

Also, the sweet treat challenge is blocked and I cannot start the challenges, only the events!

any suggestions on how I can solve this?? I’m full of challenges but can’t play!!!

So frustrating!

@b97xcvl14lmh For a couple of days now. It also prevents me from retiring Sims and participating in the Sweet Treats event. This is so annoying.
