How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I do the festival tasks for a bonus start for the next season I can't make my sims do any events with other sims the buttons just don't work nether do other events do like work,pastry event thing for 4 etc And I have this thing stuck up in the top left corner which also won't go away I tried restarting the game even clearing the cache and it just won't go away I can't see how many coins i got even some timers for events it covers it even the daily box it covers it too
What do you expect to see? Get it fixed

Exactly same thing is happening with me AGAIN!
and yet when I complain to EA Games, I just get the the tech team “will fix it in 24-72 hours”. When 72 hours pass, your told “wait another 24 hours”, and they just repeat themselves to wait another 24 hours until the event ends!
Has anyone also noticed that the prize bar doesn’t change numbers? I’ve got every single item and every single colour option, and it’s stuck on only 101 prizes collected 🤬
Yes this is happening to me too! And I can’t retire sims or upgrade my workshop
