I have also realised as well as the season task bar being in the top right corner, it won’t let me retire sims, complete chapters, or do the science lab pastry event. I can only complete the home pastry challenge and the park side one if I go to the location first and click it from there. 

I can’t really do much on the game at the moment at all! 

so annoying ☹️

@jessiedhal Same. With one of my sims I cannot go ahead in her internet hobby, I’m stuck at chapter 5 and it won’t let me pass to the 6th.
I cannot retire any sims either!
Thanks to @SalixCat I can now start the Sweet Treat Challenge from Parkside, but still, not a lot I can do with my sims at the moment!
