Some Sims won't leave after party ends

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Somehow fast forward the party toward the end, then wait for the clock to count down to the time when the party should end.
What do you expect to see? Balloons, and all the guests filing out of the house immediately when the clock runs down.

I experienced a new Bug with a party the other day. The party would not end. At the appointed time, most guests left, but there were some stragglers, some in and some outside the house, that would/could not go. This lasted for a good 5 minutes, and didn’t end until I reloaded the game, which corrected the problem. In the picture below, you can see that the program scheduled another party in 13 hours. Even now it says I can host one, and it’s only been a few days. Video footage available.
