Stuck in tutorial

Please help! I'm still stuck in tutorial mode because I don't have enough simoleons to complete the bathroom set! It won't even let me go to work to earn more simoleons! So I can't do anything! I have tried uninstalling Google play games & The Sims Mobile & it did not help. I have 46 simoleons, I need 100, If I could just earn 54 simoleons to complete the tutorial My game would be restored.
Have you solved this issue yet? If so, How?
- No. It has still not been resolved. My original game has even disappeared as of today! So either I start all over or I stop playing all together.
