Stuck on loading screen with mobile data

For the past 2 months my game will not load on mobile data, just wifi, which isn't available where I live. I have contacted ea and went through all of the troubleshooting steps several times but nothing is working. All of my other games work fine. I'm playing on a Samsung Note 9. Is anyone else still having this problem?
