Summer paradise festival

Hello I’m doing the S P festival, I earned the roof for the house and it’s telling me I have it but I do not. I did purchase the house when it was offered. Not sure if that’s the issue, but I do not have the choice of putting the roof on or changing colors. It’s just not there. Thank you I tried to put a ticket in but I think they are making it hard to do. I was going to purchase the festival pass but I would like this fixed first.
