Sweet treat showdown glitch

Please help. I keep getting repeat balloon prizes. I have spent 60 sim cash because I have played 2 challenges trying to unlock the last box and it keeps giving me balloons.

Can I please be refunded my sims cash, enough cookies for the last prize and the glitch to be fixed so I can unlock the last box? Thank you
