Sweet treat showdown glitches....again.

This is bull. I keep getting the balloons in the sweet treat showdown even though I already have all of them. And I am on my last box to get which is just sim cash.....then the showdown will be over...why the hell can't they fix their glitches in a timely manner? And if you message them from the game they tell you..you aren't and to go back in game and message them ...even though that's how you got to them in the first place. This game is getting crappy. Like seriously fix it and stop being douches.

    I just had a chat with the EA help and they opened a case on it for me. I asked for a refund on the boost I bought for the event if the event is bugged and can't be completed. They told me their team will look into it, and in the meantime to make a post about the bug here on the forums (which I already did before contacting them). I showed them a link to my forum post about it, and they said they will look into the bug and they just have to wait to find out what can be done.  They said if the event ends and I don't get the rewards that I can contact them again about a possible refund.

    I'm having the same issue. I'm on my last box and it keeps giving me the balloons when I already have them, and not completing the main reward track. I tried closing the game and earning the box again and it just keeps doing it.
