Sweet treat showdown glitches....again.

I am seriously thinking about leaving the game because you work hard on everything and this happens not only in this event but some of the other things two.

I’ve been having the same problem since at least yesterday. I’ve spent so many cookies or whatever trying and hoping that this bug will be fixed. I was 3 away from being completely done with this event and last night I tried to get the box again and it actually worked and I finally got a different prize, but immediately after, it was back to just giving me balloons. It doesn’t matter how many times I close and reopen the app, it’s still doing it. 

Same with me. I have pictures to document it all. 

At least you got somewhere. I bought a house and I got no where. I eventually just disputed the charge with my credit card company. It makes me frustrated because I also spend money to get no where. It isn’t cheap either. I also don’t like the fact that there is not a confirmation button when using cupcakes, or the green cash. I accidentally hit it and 50 gone for something not needed.

Yes! Same here, the chat agent told me the exact same thing too 🙄 robbing us in broad daylight! This happened to me last time I had the reboot of the event to complete it too, so they’ve known about your glitch for months!
