didn’t get my “earn sim cash” reward

hi!

this morning i was playing sims mobile, i decided to try the “earn sim cash” option and i selected the one offer where you have to create an Audible account and get 30 days free trial. i did everything that i needed to do that was listed, i clicked on the offer using the same device, i created a new account, put in my card info and redeemed my free trial and waited a bit, now several hours have passed and i still didn’t receive my sim cash reward. i tried to contact EA support directly through the game, but when i talked to the EA agent they simply told me that they couldn’t help me and that i needed to come here to get help on this. now, could somebody help me? i don’t know how to fix this and i’d really like to get my sim cash!
