The balsa counter is preventing the lot for clearing

Hi please help. I want to buy in designer home catalog. But I don't why it keeps on appearing. The balsa counter is preventing the lot for clearing. Does anyone experience this too ? Can you plz help...

    My sim left something in the counter 😅

@rdle9j1nw3ui Hi, is there something on the counter or is it possible that an NPC/ passive sim is interacting with the counter? Can you share screenshots that could help to see what the issue with the counter could be.
