The game is not giving me xp when it should. I cannot level up

For a few weeks now, the game will not give me xp or allow me to level up even with the level bar at max. After completing tasks/events or even the daily to do list, it wont give me the xp. All other...

    Could it be you're at level 40? That would mean you've hit the highest level currently available and it's normal you don't get any XP.

I’ve been at level 29 for 4 straight games. I’m not getting any xp.
