I wish to sell things like a microwave so I can upgrade, or replace /change themes . It would be great to some simoleons back for stuff no longer needed, otherwise it just clutters up my inventory. Is this sell back option going to be made available in a update in near future?

I am trying to get rid of the party stuff and I can’t do it, am I doing something wrong? I have no idea.
