The Sims Mobile Missing Content After Purchase
Hello, EA!
I am Brazilian and made two purchases in The Sims Mobile with real money at 00:36 on the 26th. The money was charged, but the products have not been delivered and the money has not been refunded yet (the transaction was completed and approved via Pix). I contacted EA support via email, provided all requested information along with images proving the purchases, and was directed here...
The items were:
Money Tree Pack (R$3) and the Salty Nights Festival Pass (R$10)
