I’m playing on my iPhone 8. The app updated and erased all my data. It took everything and started me from scratch. I paid real money for sim cash too and it all started over. Please help.

@purrsian73 So, sorry to hear that! Did you have your game connected to Facebook, EA account or Google Play? If you did, you may be able to retrieve your game.

Thank you so much! I did try logging in to FB but it started me over. I am working with EA now to help. Hopefully this works out! Thanks again everyone for your help😁🤗☺️
