@erindeeznuts Hi, if you’re still experiencing this issue try to restart the app when your sims aren’t in any events. When reopening the game, check if one of your sim is finished with this event and try to claim the rewards. You might have to restart the app several times if the game has lot of past events stacked.
There’s also a possibility that you’ve made a sim passive/retired and that sim is still in this event. You might want to click through your passive sims in the family portrait and possibly retired/removes sims in the generations tab.
