I have a bubble machine, a love seat, a hanging lantern, 4 rugs, a shirt, a tank top, some sim cash, lots of simoleons, 2 dividers, pants, 2 poofs, bracelets, 2 mirrors, accent table, 6 tapestries and lots of sim tickets. I've finished 8 steps of the event and may or may not have bought a few too many boxes.
I put out my new bubbles machine and instantly my teenager sits down to play with it. I missed the screenshot because it happened so fast. I had to wait a few minutes and finally one of the adults comes and sits down and decides to ........ do some paperwork. Is he late with his taxes or something?

I guess I didn't have to wait long. She came back several times in the few minutes since I posted. I'm still not sure how a family of all redheads gets a blond baby. Genetics are weird.
Thatโs hilarious the teen knew just what to do with the hookah! You are flying through it, even with all of us stuck on step 8 for 19 hours ๐- No hookah yet, but 75 SimCash in my last treasure box!
Edit: well I couldnโt resist using that simcash on an extra special box (whatever superlative they use!) and got a tank top. Blarghy but it is cute, and so expensive all the current girls are wearing it. There are a couple of my girls with taste issues, but their cousins are trying to get them to either retire or start dressing better. ๐ If you are going to spend simcash, it is cheaper to just buy an extra box than to hurry buy the cool down period so you go sooner.
(I've done a little bit of both because I was impatient, but it is more economical to just buy boxes.
- Seems like when I buy a box w/SimCash I end up with an heirloom ticket ๐ I did finally get the bubble blower though and itโs really cute!

EXCEPT, the room dividers are exactly what I needed to separate my kids bed and bath after my rebuild! It also keeps the NPSs from always being in my way to get re-energized with 2 baths. So, yay, these probably saved me tens of thousands of simoleans at new room costs at this point! @mamabearboys I keep getting the same things too. I don't understand if the shirts and pants are already checked, why is it giving me triples of them. I'm not crazy about these events. I liked the ASOS Event much better. And still no bubble blower...just tons of those little seats and triples of the clothes, loveseat and tables which I can't use because of the item limit. ๐
I am not fond of loot box style rewards. I understand that game developers like them because it increases actual money transactions, but they infuriate the player base.
Just give the rewards, or at least remove the chance at getting something I already have 6 of. And get rid or sim tickets/simoleons/simcash/gems and other things I can earn in game. I want the new stuff. (right now I want three of the event love seats, not another pair of pants that turns into sim tickets).

Dang I just got common heirloom tickets and I have all the heirlooms!!! Come on EA!!!๐ฃ

- @YoshiiBadd89 The missing item thing happened to me once during the ASOS event. I never did get it. I'm not sure what happened there.

- I'm frustrated with this event. I've completed now on the final day and have gotten multiples of everything EXCEPT what I really wanted - the couch and the hookah. The game says I had my limit of mirrors and they keep coming. What happens when you're done? Do you get the door automatically or is that hit or miss as well?
- I also must add that I spent Simcash on the Luxurious Ornate Box and ended up with another cushion - which I'm maxed out of. No way would I do that again.
I'm very disappointed as well. All I've gotten over the last few days are duplicates. I honestly didn't think that was possible. This loot delivery method needs some serious work. ๐
