@YoshiiBadd89 The missing item thing happened to me once during the ASOS event. I never did get it. I'm not sure what happened there.
- @Tiffany562411 I'm afraid I didn't report it at the time because I was a brand-spankin' noob and didn't know better. 😉 Now, I'm thinking the statute of limitations has probably run out.
