Unable to access account
My player ID on my mobile Device is [SalixCat - Removed Player ID. This is considered private info - please don't share private info on Answers HQ since these boards are publicly visible.].
I have been unable to play the SimsMobile Game due to what seemingly is another bug situation. The last time I had experienced something similar I had lost my Morrachan House and all the valuables that came with it among others. Recently I had purchased the current festival pass(twice) despite it being a rerun and witj the added items I am afraid I will lose these as well. I have been in dialogue with the team @TSM via their help platform but to date have been unable to get another update.
I am pleading for your assistance with recovering my game and all the items I have paid for. I really don't want to lose anymore in this game but I believe I can't win exactly.
