    @catvocals we can't help you with this from the forums.

    You need to contact support throught this link 

    1. Select your device.
    2. Select topic -> Missing content.
    3. Select issue -> Never received content.
    4. Provide your player ID. 
    5. Tap on the button 'Select contact option'.
    6. Select Email.
    7. Describe your issue.
    8. Attach images.
    9. Tap on the button 'Email us'.

@catvocals I did it through the live chat option.The Advsiors can compesate on spot when in a live chat,so I think that is far more reliable.Maybe give it a try?
