Unable to Place Twin Palms House on Second Lot in The Sims Mobile

I’m experiencing an issue in The Sims Mobile where I’m unable to place the Twin Palms house on my newly purchased second lot, 419 Emerald Drive (30x30).

The Twin Palms house is available in the store, and its size is listed as 20x25, which should fit comfortably on the 30x30 lot. However, whenever I attempt to place it, the game does not allow me to proceed.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Verified that the second lot is active and cleared of all items.
• Restarted the game.
• Ensured my app is updated to the latest version.
• Tested placing a different prebuilt house, which also didn’t work.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I suspect this might be a bug, as I can’t think of any requirements I’m missing.
