I finished the STS before the side quest was done, and the quest ended without me receiving the gingerbread houses. I assumed that the quest would continue. Does anyone know whether I'll receive them when the bonus STS bug is fixed?
My bonus event is alway stuck at 104 and I have just collect the last ones and counted them and I now have all the bonus event stuff too.
but it’s not registering as complete so I can collect the swatches for the grand prize items. Does anyone know when this will be resolved so I can get it to trigger to get the grand prize items too.
This bug has been already been reported.so the support team has already been made aware of the issue. No known date as of when this issue will be resolved.
This is also happening to me. EA keeps on getting new support reps contacting me to file a bug report from within the game for mobile ownership verification. I then click help from in the game and file a bug report and they redirect me to this forum! So frustrating!
@EnbySim13 I also completed the STS before completing the quest and receiving the gingerbread houses. I’m sure we’re not alone. There’s probably a mix of veterans who didn’t complete the quest last time or this time and new players who finished the regular STS before completing the quest.
My hope is that by completing the Bonus STS (where the gingerbread houses are listed as prizes), those who didn’t complete the quest will receive the gingerbread houses including the new swatches unlocked.
I’m also experiencing the bug where currency prizes don’t count towards the total, so as soon as this bug is fixed, either I or someone else, I’m sure, will update and confirm whether the houses are received upon completion of the Bonus STS.
Do we know if the studio is aware of this bug yet? Considering the time-sensitivity of it, I’m sure they know it’s urgent.
