Why is my pumpkin spice story and rewards missing

I completed the harvest festival event and unlocked the pumpkin spice story and have now completed the story. However the story does not show in my story menu and the items that you unlock from the story are not available for me to purchase. I tried to te-do the story to see if I could unlock them again but I can no longer do this story. I have submitted a ticket with ea and they have replied with it’s a bug and they can’t fix it and have directed me here. I’m not sure if anyone here can help me but I’m really upset I worked my area of to finish the harvest festival event despite all the glitches setting me back and now I don’t even have anything to show for it and ea can’t/won’t help. Please anyone what do I do?
