Why Is Samsung A35 Not A Recognized Device

So I have a Samsung A35, when I try to log into the Sims Mobile, it says my device isn't recognized when I have more than enough storage (128 GB) and 6 GB ram/memory but on my old OnePlus N100 which only had 64 GB and ram was 4 GB and worked completely fine
