WHAT DOES A PLAYER DO WITH A PLAYER THAT HAS BEEN ON WORLD FOR 6 YEARS AND IS NOT LETTING OTHERS PLAY GAME?.

If other players, loosers like you, won't be playing those servers, maybe dictators will dissapear too.
