EA does not read our protests and complaints, they only know those that are reported through their online help service, because a label (a code) is generated for each error that occurs and that hurts them.
The game developers are very involved in this forum and contribute to (almost) everything they can about the game but there are parts that are managed by EA where they can help very little or nothing.
As the game developers have already stated here, they are collaborating with EA to find a solution. Although this "collaborating" sounds like "we are protesting because EA can't find a solution and it is giving bad image to customers and the solution is not in our hands".
