500 SERVER ERROR ISSUE 8th March - 10th March

Hello all,
I could not log in since two days, after signing in I get the message Server Error. Then Error 500.
Could be that EA is not maintaining the game anymore due to low income - is still possible to buy credits? If not that's it! - or other reasons.
Followed the alternative link provided but not sure how secure is.
