Login issue since 03/08/23. I cannot get pass the login screen which comes up 3 times before I get a screen that says - Server has encountered an issue. Please try again later. When I come back later, I get the 500 error screen. This is happening on both browsers, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome which are all updated. I have tried clearing browser data with no results, updating my password and also running incognito mode and continue to get 500 error screenI am using Windows 10. I am playing on World: Tiberium 55. I live in USA.PLEASE HELP - I NEED ACCESS TO THE GAME ! ! !James

I get an error 500 when trying to login. For some reasons, the sign in button was not shown and only play button (at the top right page) had been shown when opening up the game page. When I clicked it and select "Play Now", I got the error 500.Is this a new login feature now? What's the right procedure to login with this new login feature?Any help is appreciated.

Same issue here in the UK, I will not be spending anymore funds on E.A servers EVER!!

I am in Australia and I am getting sick of changing passwords every time I come on the game. It looks like EA are trying to reduce its number of members by making it hard, not sure I will stay around, its too much crap

Try Using a different Browser, For example I can Only Get Error 500 when using Google Chrome. When I use Fox I get Right In easy But Many Scripts Do Not Work Correctly when using Fox.

As posted in this thread already, https://gamecdnorigin.alliances.commandandconquer.com/WebWorldBrowser/index.aspx?langPreferred=en-US gets you directly to the worldbrowser (or let's you login then moves you to the world browser) and is working.

EA are at fault here, not the game developers. The developers are aware of the issue and have been trying to get it resolved by EA since early last night (GMT time).

The link you found directs you to a particular world, in this case Tiberium 58.

There are links to the webworldbrowser in the posts above which should get you started on other worlds and that world by choosing to 'start new world'

It is now also working again for me using the front page route.

I've merged a few other reports into this thread as per the forum policy of not having multiple threads about the same (or similar) issue.

try refreshing the page - clearing cookies, history and especially cache.
