To be clear - the link doesn't work and EA broke the link when they changed the landing page. Until that happened it did work.
The rules haven't changed and it has been well known in the game in multiple languages that the following applies:
What we don't allow:
Sharing accounts
We do not allow multiple people to use the same account (except the substitute). If you give someone else your access information, we will not be able to revoke any of your actions. By this we can mean, for example:
He has been suspended or banned due to the player's behavior.
Spending your currency.
Make comments on your behalf in the forum or in the game.
Sending cities.
Attacking your friends or allies.
Just because they can't be accessed at present doesn't mean they don't apply!
