Anti-barrier not working
i had a full Def/fac and a full Hq and they did not go back up as the upgrade said to full they just when down with all the def

I'm not sure I understand you. What do you mean by 'full' ? Even when everything reaches the max of 65 (or 80) they can still be attacked and reduced to zero. I think you've misunderstood the upgrade purpose.
