@EA_Darko Perhaps you and I are seeing something different, as the image of the ban shows no reason listed (Image of that was uploaded). Every email just says they reviewed it and it stands. What stands? The question is still, what is being claimed that occurred that caused the ban, as of right now I was banned for " ".
CM Edit: Removed attachment as it contained personal info
You were banned for a beach of the TOS @robitonbnet.
There is nothing more anyone can do to assist you. Our TOS team have carried out all investigations and declined your appeals.

@EA_DarkoI read the entire Terms of Service and the Terms of Sale, there are over 100 reasons in which can get you banned. To just say "TOS VIOLATION" is a cop out for giving a reason. But if you read the red box, its claiming violation of User Agreement OR Terms of Sale (NOT the Terms of Service, those are two different TOS docs). So which is it?
That said, for a 3 week old account, that was used to try and play 1 game, what violation is it they are claiming.Frankly I find you just saying "TOS" to be a cop out also. If you can see what part of the "TOS" they are claiming was breached, please tell me.
If you are saying they are claiming I did something to sell an account or game, I would love to know how that works when doing a steam purchase.
Either way, you standing behind a vague statement, without any facts, does not make it any different than my initial complaint, the help says if you want to know what was the reason, open a ticket and ask for details, which I did, to keep getting a blanket statement with no details or facts. That the process is broken and does not work. It is done to appease the law which requires there be a way to dispute things. AKA COP OUT.
No I am not angry, just frustrated by the lack of help or empathy by people who's job title implies they are here to help the community and users..- EA_Darko2 years ago

Our terms of service covers all agreements @robitonbnet.
You have had multiple appeals declined and there is nothing more we can do to assist you.
Any questions related to a ban can be directed to our TOS team as they are the only ones who can help.

@EA_DarkoKeep repeating the statement over and over, one day you can join the failed helpdesk, I have faith in you. The TOS team just says the same thing, so repeating to talk to them does not help. Its a death loop.
Seriously, you claimed you could see what was claimed, I asked that you prove it and give the answer. You have not done so, which to me means you have no clue and just said it to end the conversation. The appeals process is a joke, it is an auto reply and does not follow what they claim they do in their legally binding agreements......
Ultimately, I do not care, easy call for me, I just boycott all EA games, services, and published content they provide. One person may not break EA, but I am sure going to pass this on to my kids and family, and maybe one day enough people will see that EA is a failed company that does not care about anything but its stock price, and they will either fix it or close their doors. No Customers means no Business, and when you treat us like this, we leave.
