Build mode: a hotkey to toggle bb.moveobjects; also allow lighting changes in build mode

Title says all, would just love these to be implemented. It is such a pain right now to change lighting color and intensity if it's not accessible in build mode. It would also be great to quickly go in and out of move objects. At least shorten the move objects command so I can toggle between them quicker? For example, bb.mo (on, off). Typing in the whole thing takes forever. Thanks for listening!
