Build mode: a hotkey to toggle bb.moveobjects; also allow lighting changes in build mode

Title says all, would just love these to be implemented. It is such a pain right now to change lighting color and intensity if it's not accessible in build mode. It would also be great to quickly go ...

I'm not sure which game you're referring to, but this seems to be in the wrong place. 'Build mode' doesn't exist in the Tiberium Alliances game.

The other games of these forums are not being changed and haven't been change in many years.
