Buy Funds

Funds - why on the one account I can buy 50000, and on another 90000? B/r

Get this correct: 90k for new accounts (normally) and 50k for accounts that have already bought TA funds. Also, very occasionally there is a sale where the amount of TA funds is increased for the 'standard' prices.

Signing in to command and conquer Tiberius alliances does not work. EA ? We are paying players and we wish our money to be worth something. This is a joke. Fix the problem asap !?
