Can we talk about the refund policy?
Specifically, how strict it is.
You have 24 hours upon first launching the game to request a refund. This is so unnecessarily strict, especially when we consider that we don't all have time to devote to deciding if we like a game or not within those 24 hours.
Over the last three days I've only been able to get in five hours of play with Battlefield V, and I did intend to put more into it. But after today I have no desire to put further time into it. Each time I've come away from those play sessions I've been wholly bored and unsatisfied.
But it's been more than the tiny window of 24 hours to get a refund.
Why? Why such a tiny window!? Almost all other distributors have more generous windows to make your choice. This is even more galling when we remember than BFV is touted under the "Great Game Guarantee".
Where's my guarantee EA!?
