How long does it take to blow up another Alliance base when your base has been blown up.Do you have to fully repair the Command Center.

- In order to initiate an attack you need a fully repaired Command Centre. How long to repair it will depend on the level of the Command Centre and the rate at which you can generate tiberium and power. Also, there is a time indicated until you can attack another player which varies.
- This has alwas seemed silly to me. A percentage of units "disabled" equal to the percent damage seems more fun.
- Also, a level 30 repair building damaged 10% should still be able to repair a level 27 unit fully.
