Command Points
Can we get 156 command points instead of having 100. It would help everyone. Is this possible to do.

I would expect it is possible. Yes, it would help everyone as would starting with a full complement of cp and rt when you land on a world. But it is presumably not in the game design, a decision made when the game first started.
