Disbanding Alliance

To all, I have seen about disbanding the alliance. I have two accounts which was in one alliance. I left with my lower ranked account. (1p6j8) My main is johno3some and I have no way of making my CIC status to a lower rank, so to disband the alliance. Furthermore, I have also noticed that when on this account (johno3some) the forum recognises the 1p6j8 page. I don't honestly know what is happening altogether.

Can someone help. I still have an active invite waiting for me to join.

  • If you are CIC and you are alone in an alliance you don't have to go down a rank, look for the dissolve alliance button and that's it.

It has been a LONG time since I've dealt with this, it won't let you disband if your rank is CiC? And you can't reduce your rank.....man I know there is a work around here, seems like it was to add another account, make them 2nd maybe so you can down rank yourself but I can't recall the specifics nor whether that is the problem this addresses.

It does seem odd that as CiC and lone member you can't disband.

It will let you disband as a CiC - the only time you can't is if you only able to log on as a substitute and can't then carry out the functions of a CiC. You are limited to mainly those of a regular member or officer therefore can't promote or demote yourself or others.

The place to do this is in the properties section of the alliance tab.
